Alia Bhatt’s Mantra To Overcome Anxiety: In a recent ‘Ask Me Session’ on Instagram, Alia Bhatt answered several fan questions about her next movie, husband Ranbir Kapoor, daughter Raha and much more.

Upon being asked about how she manages and overcomes her anxiety, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ star Alia Bhatt said “I think one the most important thing is.. something that I have noticed always helps me is…when you are being anxious you are usually trying to always cover it up with trying to be okay, so that most important thing, to allow yourself to feel that and go through that experience because it is just a part of the ups and downs of life.”

She added, “The other thing to remember if you are going through an anxiety attack is what I do is to focus on five things, five things that you can smell, touch, see or hear. You basically just focus on your five senses. If it is a phase, just know that change is the only constant, so this will change. “

In another question about why so positive, Alia Bhatt wrote, “Why Not? It’s not like I don’t have bad days…but I chose to be grateful for life and just shine like the Sun does every day without complaining.”
