Dear Editor,
I recently spent 12 days in the Wetaskiwin Hospital with serious breathing problems due to an asthma flare and bacterial pneumonia.

Thanks to the wonderful care that I received, while in hospital, I am breathing better than I have in a long while.
Lorraine and her great team on Unit 33 were wonderful, ensuring that I was well-monitored and doing everything possible to make me better.
Drs. Van Der Walt and Berry (Family Medical Practice) were so focused on finding the source of, and cure for, my problems. So thankful for their tireless commitment and perseverance.
The Respiratory Technician, X-ray department, Emergency, Pharmacy, Food Preparation, Housekeeping, and the porter all made me most appreciative of the many facets of our health care system and of these wonderful, overworked professionals.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your dedication to making people better and for doing so in such a positive and pleasant manner.
Well done,
Bill Elliot
