The Group offers primary care services, in addition to medical screenings by physicians, who specialize in management of chronic diseases and conditions such as diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and high blood pressure, according to their website.
Services the group offers include allergy testing, BioTe Hormone Replacement, cognitive testing, digital imaging, Holter monitors, mammograms, pulmonary rehabilitation, a weight loss program and so much more according to their website.
Diagnostic Group has three locations in Beaumont and one each in Vidor, Silsbee, Nederland and Lumberton.
