Stretching and mild physical exercises are recommended for women during their pregnancy. Exercises that cause over-breathing, stress, body spasms should be prohibited at least at the time of pregnancy. Breathing exercises are the best example of doable exercise. Belly exercises are harmful and may lead to unintended problems for pregnant women.
