3. Take a healthy diet-To reduce the risk of stroke, take a healthy diet. Consume less salt and less sugar in it. Healthy diet means consuming green leafy vegetables, whole grains and fresh fruits daily.
4. Exercise-Exercise is the key to happiness in life. Do moderate exercise every day. Go for a walk with your neighbors in the morning. Take a walk in the evening. Cycling and swimming are better ways of exercise. Do long breathing exercises regularly. Yoga and meditation will also help in protecting from stroke.
5. Do not drink alcohol – Alcohol not only destroys the liver but it can also cut off the blood supply to your brain. Consumption of alcohol is not right in any sense. Therefore, it would be better not to drink alcohol.
6. Take a break – If you are tired or bored with work, then definitely take a break after a certain period of time. Don’t take stress in this. Stress is the root of many diseases. Celebrate holidays and be happy.
