Tips for a Healthy Brain

  • Drink alcoholic beverages frequently.
  • Use drugs.
  • Doesn’t drink enough water.
  • Eating a lot of carbohydrates and sugar.
  • Avoid vegetables and fruits.
  • Wrong food, fast and not on schedule.
  • Not having positive relationships and not coping with positive emotions.
