An introduction to Qi Gong. “Qi” meaning energy or life force and “Gong” meaning to work or to gather. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese medicine and system of exercise and breathing. It will improve your mental and physical health by helping relief stress and promote relaxation. Improving movement and energy levels as well as improve your body posture, coordination and breathing.

Alex is a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer/sports therapist and certified movement specialist working with clients of all ages. He has over 20 years experience in the industry and has a holistic and inclusive view of health, fitness and wellbeing. Alex conducts therapy sessions including sports massage, corporate wellness programs and works in a local New forest spa & health club as a senior trainer.
