The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 Episode 3 Ending Explained
In the third episode of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2, we finally get to the major plot point that will play out in this season. after Susannah’s death, the ownership of the house in Cousins has gone to her sister, Julia, who is hell-bent on selling the place. Conrad seemed to have talked to her which did the Fisher boys no good.
Even Jeremiah and Belly visit Julia at the hotel she is staying with a bouquet of hydrangeas from Susannah’s garden, requesting Julia to not sell the house. The woman, however, seems stuck and adamant about her decision. On returning home, Jeremiah and Conrad get on a call with their estranged father to access their trust fund to buy the house. But, their father denies them permission.
While the hopeless case of saving the house persists, we have Taylor and Steven visit the trio (Belly, Conrad and Jeremiah) at Cousins. Once all the kids are in the house, they warm up in each others’ presence and for one night try to toss out all of their issues. Pizza is ordered and the movie is decided with everyone seated on the living room sofa.
However, at the beginning of the movie, we see Conrad rush out of the house. He is breathing heavily and it looks like something has happened to him. Steven follows a panting Conrad to the beach and shouts out to him asking him what happens. However, before Conrad can let us know, the screen turns blank. Our best guess in this scenario is that The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 Episode 3 ended with Conrad having a panic attack after the events of the day.
