The new Body Response sensor on the Sense 2 adds continuous electrodermal activity (cEDA) tracking. Consequently, the Sense 2 can track the changing sweat levels on your skin, even those minute ones, throughout the day.

By keeping track of your heart rate, skin temperature, and sweat levels, the Sense 2 can notice your body's responses to different factors. By taking note of unusual readings, the Sense 2 will be able to identify when your body responds to different things in real-time.

Later, Sense 2 will check in with you by sending a notification so you can share what you were feeling during that moment of the day. The check-ins are essential as different things can trigger body responses, including stress and excitement.

If stressed, Sense 2 can help you reduce stress using technology by suggesting different ways to help you manage your emotions. Some of the built-in methods to help reduce stress include guided breathing, meditation, physical exercise like walking, and mood logging.
