Most people who start working out aspire to become stronger and more sculpted. Only a few strive for better stamina, when in fact, that is more important. Without good stamina, you cannot have sustenance in your workout routine. You will burn yourself out very soon and it won’t matter how much muscle strength you have then. Here are some ways you can build your stamina:
Take The Stairs

Climbing makes for a good cardio workout. If you’re low on stamina, start by mounting a flight of stairs every day. Once you feel that you can do that easily, progress to doing more sets and reps.
Practise Breathing Exercises

Yoga gives a lot of importance to breath work, as one who can regulate their breathing can then control their mind and body. It also builds your lung capacity, which helps you sustain strenuous activities.
Combine Cardio And Weight Training

It’s not enough to do only aerobic exercises to build your stamina. You also need to lift weights, as that is what will give your muscles the strength they require to sustain a workout. Start with lighter weights and less reps, and slowly work your way up.
Try HIIT

High intensity interval training (HIIT) involves performing a series of highly strength-building exercises in short bursts of time. This builds your lung capacity like nothing else, because you’re supposed to regulate your breath throughout all the sets.
