Breathing is something that we all automatically practice everyday (thankfully, whether we’re thinking about it or not). Not only does it give our bodies the oxygen that it needs, but it can also help our body and mind find calm and relief when we need it most.
In this small candle-lit group workshop, join me through a journey of understanding the science of our mind and body connection. On the way, you’ll learn and experience different breathing techniques to reset your mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll leave with new knowledge on how to tap into your body’s natural survival abilities. High-quality tea and light snacks will be provided to enhance your experience and delight your senses.
Please bring a blanket to lie on and wear comfortable clothes!
