A few weeks ago, I was stressful and could not sleep easily, so I went to YouTube searching for "stress relief breathing".
Basically, this breathing technique is "breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds".
YouTube gave a lot of videos but they were either too short, too long or require to watch the video to know the seconds...
So I spent a few days making this website to allow myself make my own versions with guiding voice and other sounds.
Here's the first version of the "relaxation breathing" that I made: timermaker.com/timers/4-7-8-Breathing-Exercise.2
Another common use case for these timers is for workout exercises. If you workout at home, create a timer and you don't have to look at the screen or calculate the time in your head anymore 🙂
Honestly, I think it can be better if I can make a mobile app on this, but I don't have enough knowledge and devices to do it. So, if you want to have a "mobile version", the best way now is to record the screen and export as mp3 file and save to your phone.
I hope it's helpful for you 🙂
