Volunteers with anxiety disorder will participate in a 10-minute task in which a computer program would randomly select one graphic image from a wide variety of images representing accidents, phobias, tragedies and stressful situations. The subjects will be asked to observe the image on the computer screen and exhale through pursed lips as they would see the image fade away in accordance to their exhalation. During inhalation the image will be replaced by another one. The subject will be asked to play this game using Breathing+ for 10 minutes each day for 30 days. The subjects anxiety will be assessed using the Hamilton anxiety scale three times during the experiment (Hamilton 1959); before the first breathing session, after 14 days and after 30 days.
