1.Prioritize it as an important task

You can remember the the self-care activities with the help of these applications that thrive to put you in a healthy lifestyle. There are also smart watches, Fitbit, and many other smart techs that help to create well-scheduled self-care programs while monitoring steps, pulse rate, calories gained, and other bodily aspects.
5.Make it enjoyable for yourself
While it is important to prioritize self-care as important work; it is also important not to treat it as some project at the office that you do not enjoy doing. Self-care is important and it can be fun too. So, figure out what makes you enjoy self-care and focus on that particular aspect. Whether it is reading, listening to music, or watching some movies; everything is a part of self-care. If you enjoy such activities, make some room for them in your daily life.
6.Practice mindfulness
