First reports indicate that the pipe overturned on Friday night at kilometer 199 of the Mazatlán – Durango superhighway near Mesillas, Concordia booth. According to reports, the driver of the heavy unit fell asleep, so he left the road and overturned with the unit.
Authorities have already started lifting and moving materials at the site to avoid accidents and poisoning due to spillage of the said substance.
What is hydrochloric acid?
