On March 28, 2023, Troopers arrested John J. Loso, age 57 of Childwood, NY for obstruction of breathing and harassment 2nd.
On March 27, 2023, around 8:00 p.m., Troopers were notified about a domestic dispute that occurred on Sevey Road in town of Colton. Loso and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation which turned physical when Loso placed his arms around the victim’s neck. The victim was able to get away from the Loso and did not need medical attention.
Loso was arrested and transported to SP Star Lake for processing. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Colton Court for a later time in April.
