During this informative & interactive 4-week series taught by Kim Raubenheimer, Health & Fitness Coach, you will learn basic foundations for movement, how movement & breathing impacts your strength and effective & functional movements to improve strength. Make adjustments to breathing, posture & alignment for better movement & strength and learn how proper breathing with movement can strengthen your core.
This program will take place on Wednesdays: May 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th from 10:45 - 11:45am. The fee is $99.
