Tai Chi In­sti­tute of Trinidad and To­ba­go will be host­ing Tai Chi ses­sions, fo­cus­ing on breath­ing ex­er­cis­es, co­or­di­na­tion, med­i­ta­tion and self de­fence. Tra­di­tion­al tech­niques of de­vel­op­ing Chi or Vi­tal en­er­gy through the use of mind breath con­trol will be taught at Li­on's Cul­tur­al Cen­tres in Port-of-Spain (Mon­day and Thurs­day, 10.30 am), St James (Mon­day and Wednes­day, 4.30 pm), St Au­gus­tine (Sat­ur­day, 6.30 am) and Curepe (Thurs­day 5.30 pm).

In­struc­tion­al DVD's are al­so avail­able. The Trinidad and To­ba­go Wushu As­so­ci­a­tion will be host­ing free Wushu train­ing ses­sions, that will be open to the pub­lic, at the Hol­lows, Queens Park Sa­van­nah on Sun­day at 10 am sharp. The Wushu As­so­ci­a­tion is the na­tion­al body in the Trinidad and To­ba­go Chi­nese Mar­tial Arts, Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Chi­nese Kick-box­ing.
