Super Slim Fit Brunei Charity Fitness Group held a free session for Wargamas Association on September 6 hosted by Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

The group’s founder and principal Tan Sui Seng said the session focused on breathing techniques and light stretching for the seniors.

Tan highlighted deep breathing is one of their easiest, most convenient and natural tools to combat issues including lower blood pressure while improving immunity among others.

Tan added that they also taught the seniors a technique based on meditation and breathing that helped calm the mind and body, improving sleeping quality as well as helping lose weight.

Aside from the breathing techniques, the group also taught the seniors light stretching to eliminate body pain, and realign body posture. The group is providing free sessions to the government and private sector to promote health awareness and wellbeing.

The group would usually meet at Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Silver Jubilee Park.
