It has been around three years since Demon Slayer's manga ended, and the anime has been quite faithful to the source material thus far. Following the Swordsmith Village Arc in Demon Slayer season 3, the fourth season will cover the Hashira Training Arc, which spans chapters 128-136. Compared to the previous seasons, which at least had around 30 chapters of source material, the following season adapts a relatively small number of chapters.
