Michigan health officials are reporting 4,698 new cases of the coronavirus, and 121 additional deaths.
However, officials say that 91 of those deaths were reported during a vital records review.
Michigan has now had 819,320 total confirmed coronavirus cases, and 17,289 total covid-related deaths.
As of Friday, 6,386,220 doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been administered across the state.
And as of Saturday, 626,254 Michiganders are reported to have recovered from the virus.
