During my last migraine attacks is sort of figured out that for me the best thing is to sit in an upright position. Laying down puts pressure on my head (even with the softest pillow) which increases the pain. I also always had trouble breathing during my migraine attacks, some of you know what i’m talking about it’s like the constant need to for intentional breathing like you’re not doing it as automatically as normal. After i started doing breathing exercises on focusing on them, it didn’t erase the pain but it made it a lot easier to pass the time! Do you have similar experiences? let me know!:)
