Greetings:  First is toilet traing. Building up clock like regularity. Hydration of body to maintained In any abnormaĺ problem hydration suffers Even any infection we suffer and need lots of fluids. Give plenty of warm water, coconut water, fruits like oranges. These citrus fruits help baby to develop taste. Ĺots of fibre is required . Banana is best fruit for constipation. All this I am telling to make these food item in use.Carrots and beet root is good.  Grains  are good .
Exercises including abdominal exercises are good. Breathing exercises and kapalbati keep your chakra active and open.I hope you know what I am talking. 7 cranial chakra.  FIRST CHAKRA IS ROOT CHAKRA which helps in anal contraction.  Parents to practice to get your kid to follow you.  You apply glycerine locally over anal ring.
In the end i sum up ; training, fibre , breathing exercises and abdominal exercises. are required to prevent constipation .For immediate relief, use glycerine suppositories. Sorbitol 1tsf twice daily for a few weeks.
