Thanks to u/last_of_the_lemons I was pointed towards Patrick Mckeown. Besides being a charming person, he has some very easy and straightforward techniques that helped me (just getting started) calm and normalize my disturbed breathing pattern, air hunger, constant anxiety… I’m by no means there yet. And quite a few of my symptoms might not be solved by this, but just for the ones I mentioned, it already makes a huge difference.

And I’m just doing it for a day and a half now. It’s quite shocking how easy and at the same time impactful this is.
