A major free health camp was organized on Sunday, under the aegis of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal by Gadarwara Rotary Club at Sri Sri Vrindavan Garden, Gadarwara.

The camp was inaugurated by garlanding and lighting the lamp on the picture of Lord Dhanwantari, in which local MLA Mrs. Sunita Patel, Medical Superintendent of AIIMS Bhopal Dr. Manisha Srivastava and Rotarian Ashok Rajput and social worker Rotarian Minendra Daga and other officials were present.

This camp was organized under the efficient guidance of Honorable Dr. Ajay Singh, Executive Director, AIIMS, Bhopal and under the leadership of Medical Superintendent of AIIMS, Bhopal.

The main objective of this camp was to provide medical facilities to the needy people of the state under the digital mission of Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Seva Yojana. About 2700 patients were benefited in this camp by the medical experts of General Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Cancer, Gynaecology, Dermatology, Respiratory, Physiotherapy, ENT, Psychiatry Departments of AIIMS, Bhopal.

Medical Superintendent, AIIMS, Bhopal said that the institute will continue its commitment to serve the poor and needy patients of the state in future also.
