I’ve been on 75mg+37.5mg venlafaxine for about 6 months, various other ssri/snris for 3 years, depressed for about 5 years.
I have never felt this way before, but for the last ~10 days I have had very persistent passive suicidal ideation. It’s like there’s a parallel train of thought stuck in the back of my head on repeat, a nagging feeling that I want to die.
No recent changes to my life or circumstances. Onset of wanting to die is consistent with a day after picking up my prescription refill.
