I'm taking a week off quetiapine for my own reasons and it's safe to say I've developed a reliance on it

My dosage is only the smallest dose, but this week I've only been able to stay asleep 2-4 hours and then I'm usually awake after that, I'm taking melatonin and it barely gets me to sleep before I wake up again a couple hours later, I'm not sure I'd be able to sleep at all without taking at least melatonin

I don't like the idea of being reliant on medication to function, but this is terrible

What can I do to help? I really need sleep
