The organisation told a UK based tabloid that following some easy breathing exercises can help to provide relief from long coronavirus. They suggested three breathing exercises that can prove to be quite helpful:

Controlled breathing: Breathing through the nose gently while sitting in a relaxed pose.

Deep breathing: Taking long, slow, deep breaths through the nose. Hold your breath for 2 to 3 seconds, and breathe out gently.

Duffing – Breathing out through an open mouth instead of coughing.

The organisation also suggests moving a bit in a day to keep the chest clear. Lying on the sides can also help to move the phlegm from the bottom of your lungs.
