Most tubes that have the plunger rated in pounds dose at a .2mg / kg. The box the paste comes in should list the dosage level on it somewhere.

The ones i've had experience with typically have a notch for every 50lb. In the cases where your calculated weight isnt close to a 50lb increment, you will want to round up. I usually will only round down if it's within around 5-10lbs. Otherwise I always round up.

**Typical Treatment Dosages and Conversions:
**
Prophylactic (preventative) treatment dosage is usually .2mg/kg once per day.
For .2mg/kg you'd just set the plunger to your weight. If you're 200lb then set the plunger stopper at 200lb

Prophylactic treatment after exposure is .2mg-.4mg/kg.
So for .4mg/kg dose, double your weight to determine how much to dispense. i.e. If you're 200lb, for .4mg/kg, you'd set it at 400lb. for .3, 300lb, etc

For treatment with a confirmed case, .4mg/kg - .6mg/kg
So for .6mg/kg dose, triple your weight to determine how much to dispense. i.e. If you're 200lb, for .6mg/kg, you'd set it at 600lb
