The Chickasaw Nation is now offering COVID-19 vaccines at no cost to all Oklahoma residents. There are no tribal citizenship or employee requirements. Schedule your appointment online at COVIDVaccine.Chickasaw.net. Appointments are available now.
The new Chickasaw Nation Emergency Operations Facility has increased the opportunity to offer vaccines to the community. The facility, located at 1300 Cradduck Road, in Ada, Oklahoma, has the capacity for 16 drive-thru lanes to maximize efficiency. View this map for information regarding traffic flow changes to access the vaccination site.
COVID-19 vaccinations are no longer available at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center tent site.
Scheduled appointments are required. Recipients must be at least 16 years old to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, and 18 for Moderna or Johnson and Johnson (Janssen) vaccines.
A photo I.D. is required when arriving at the vaccine drive-thru for your appointment.
Chickasaw citizens, Chickasaw Nation Department of Health (CNDH) patients, Chickasaw Nation employees, and their families are still eligible to receive the vaccine at Chickasaw Nation vaccination sires, even if they reside outside of Oklahoma.
The Chickasaw Nation COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at (580) 272-1339 to assist patients 65 and older and patients with no internet access. The call center is closed weekends and Chickasaw Nation holidays.
Vaccine appointments are also available at the Chickasaw Nation satellite health clinics in Ardmore, Purcell and Tishomingo.
Individuals who have received their first vaccine dose with another health care organization are strongly encouraged to complete their second dose with the same organization.
In Case of Severe Weather
To keep our patients and employees safe, the Chickasaw Nation COVID-19 vaccination and testing drive-thru operations will be suspended in case of severe weather. During severe weather threats, monitor conditions, closings and delays on Chickasaw.net, KCNP radio and tribal social media pages. Patients with vaccine appointments scheduled during severe weather operation suspensions will be contacted to reschedule as needed.
