A patient may be accompanied by ONE family member or friend during their medical visit. Dental patients will be seen on their own.
Due to social distancing guidelines, family member are encouraged to wait in the waiting area, if space allows, or in their vehicles.
Patients are required to wear a face mask before entering the clinic.

The COVID-19 Vaccine is Available ONLY by Appointment and with Pre-Registration if You Meet the Following Criteria*:
- Healthcare worker
- People ages 65+
- People ages 18 and older with one or more of the following high risk conditions:

- Cancer
- Chronic kidney disease
- Pulmonary disease
- Heart conditions
- Diabetes
- Previous transplant recipient
- Obesity (BMI >30)
- Sickle cell disease
- Pregnancy
