All data is preliminary and may change as additional information is submitted to the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC), provider registrations are verified, and vaccine availability changes.

All health care providers who are COVID-19 vaccinators are formally registered with MDH and completed a federal COVID-19 vaccine provider agreement to receive and administer vaccine.
