COVID-19 Vaccine Sites in Delaware County

Delaware County Government is just one of several vaccine providers in the County. The County is working along with all COVID-19 vaccine partners — including the State, Chester County, local hospitals, care homes and pharmacies — to get the vaccine out as quickly as possible. The shortage of vaccine supply nationwide continues to be a hurdle, and the distribution of vaccine doses continues to be an evolving situation, affected by unpredictable weather and issues related to production, supply and transportation.

There are currently over 30 active COVID-19 vaccination sites in Delaware County, including sites at Delaware County Rite Aids, Giants, Wegmans, etc. All current COVID-19 vaccinations sites are identified in the downloadable PDF linked in the button above, and in this interactive Vaccination Site Map.

Critically, each organization has its own vaccine sign-up process. Review the information for each vaccine provider and sign up as each provider requires—either through their website or by phone. The “Pre-Registration Form” button above is for County-sponsored vaccinations only. If you pre-register with the County of Delaware, you can continue to look to other vaccine providers to try to register for an earlier vaccination date.

Delaware County Government Vaccine Sites

Delaware County Government is currently administering the vaccine to individuals in Phase 1A at the following locations:

Aston Community Center
Delaware County Wellness Center in Yeadon
Keystone First Wellness Center in Chester
Penn Medicine Radnor

Vaccination is by appointment only. You can click the pre-registration button above or click here.

Vaccines are free of charge and for people age 16 and older. All individuals 65 and older, and individuals ages 16-64 with certain medical conditions, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that increase the risk of severe illness from the virus, are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination under Phase 1A. Visit the Chester County Health Department website for a breakdown of the phases. You can also review the most up-to-date information regarding vaccine safety and side effects.

People who pre-register to receive a vaccine from Delaware County Government will be provided updates. As appointments open for the COVID-19 vaccine, they will be notified to book an appointment, with a personalized link for booking. An appointment for the second dose vaccine will be scheduled at the time of receiving the first vaccine dose. Please note: If you have received the first dose of vaccine from a provider other than Delaware County Government you will also book your second dose of the vaccine from that same provider.

The County encourages those in Phase 1A to look to other vaccine providers in addition to the County—even if you have already pre-registered with the County or another vaccine provider. The County is just one of several providers being sent vaccine supply from the state, and all vaccine providers are currently juggling schedules and adding capacity as best they can.
