isocarboxazid oral increases effects of codeine polistirex-chlorpheniramine polistirex oral by Other (see comment). Isocarboxazid should not be administered in combination with antihistamines because of potential additive CNS depressant effects. MAO inhibitors also prolong and intensify anticholinergic effects of antihistamines.
