The fifteen members present played two games of ten ends with three teams of four and one of triples.
Play was interrupted by a power cut towards the end of the first game, fortunately the generator kicked in and light was restored.
Not so with the air conditioning, we all felt the heat for thirty minutes or so before full power was back on.
The winners of the Club Vouchers were Judy Bray and Barry Johnson.
The winners were with two wins and thirty two points were Wal Penfold, Mary Storm, Andrew Lesiuk and Brian Butcher.
Runners up, winning one game and losing one and scoring twenty five points were Bob Martin, Judy Bray, Barry Johnson and Lyn Penfold.
The Young District Indoor Bowls meet at the Services Club on Wednesday nights, 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start.
