1.Inhale for two seconds and keep exhaling with pursed lips(Just pout!)
2.Inhale for 2 seconds,join your hands in front of your body and keep exhaling.
3. Inhale for 2 seconds, put your hands on your shoulders(chicken dance pose!) And keep exhaling!
