Andrew Papadopoulos sweats it out with his newborn daughter Harper.

Last month, Andrew Papadopoulos and his wife Renae Ayris gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Harper Lee.

The fitness trainer, on the other hand, is clearly far from having a ‘dad bod.’

On Sunday, the 31-year-old posted a video to Instagram of himself working up a sweat while doing an intense outdoor workout with his daughter Harper by his side.

He did weighted lunges, kettlebell swings, and leg exercises with his bodyweight.

‘To all my new fathers out there,’ I said.

‘Sleep is one of our most powerful mood, energy, cognitive function, libido, and so much more modulators,’ he wrote.

‘If you’re anything like me, you’re constantly on the lookout for a solution.

A needy newborn howling in the middle of the night, on the other hand, has no solution.

‘The next best thing is a contingency plan to mitigate the effects of interrupted sleep,’ he added.

‘Junk food consumption, caffeine abuse, excessive alcohol consumption, and little to no exercise will not improve the situation.’

‘Where can you add small wins to help you fight back? My advice is to focus on a few items at a time and gradually add more.’

He went on to tell his followers that they should eat nourishing and satiating foods, stay hydrated, do breathing exercises, and decompress.

Renae shared an adorable photo of Harper with her announcement on Sunday, December 19th.

Harper is seen sleeping peacefully, wrapped in a floral blanket and wearing a matching baby bow, with a plaque beside her that reads, ‘Hello World.’

Harper was born on Friday, December 17, with a birth weight of 3.28 kilograms and a length of 52 centimeters, according to the couple.

They proudly wrote beside the heavenly frame, ‘Our hearts are SO full.’

Renae, the new mother, was also seen holding baby Harper in her hospital bed in a sweet photo shared by the couple.
