You'll need to experiment to find the best time for you to take it. Everybody responds differently and many people have no side effects at all.
"Very common (10% or more of users): Somnolence (sleepiness) (up to 17%)"
"Very common (10% or more of users): Insomnia (up to 33%)"
If it makes you drowsy take it at night... if you're restless and can't sleep take it in the morning.
