Cleveland Metroparks planned summer operations are currently impacted by a staffing shortage across the park district. Operations may change as staffing permits.

MARINAS
- Emerald Necklace – Fuel dock and bait shop open daily beginning May 1; weekdays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. & weekends 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; limited concessions available daily beginning May 28
- East 55th Street Marina – Open weekdays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. & weekends 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wildwood Marina – Open beginning May 12; weekdays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. & weekends 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Closed Monday & Tuesday
WATER RENTALS
- Hinckley Lake Boathouse – water rentals daily beginning May 28
DINING
- E55 on the Lake – Open daily May 13th for patio dining and carryout. Reservations accepted.
- The Noshery at Huntington Beach – Open daily May 28th from noon – 9 p.m.
- Merwin’s Wharf – Closed after Mother’s Day until late summer
CONCESSIONS
- Edgewater Beach House – Open daily May 28 from noon – 8 p.m.; seasonal bar open daily 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Emerald Necklace Marina – Open daily May 28; weekdays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. & weekends 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Limited menu available
- Wildwood – Opening May 12; closed Monday & Tuesday
- Concessions at Hinckley Spillway and Euclid Beach – closed for the 2021 season
WATER TAXI
- Cleveland Metroparks eLCee2 Water Taxi will offer service Saturday & Sunday from noon – 7 p.m. this summer beginning May 29
Additionally, Cleveland Metroparks will not host summer concert series Edgewater LIVE and Euclid Beach LIVE in 2021.
Safe Practices When Visiting Cleveland Metroparks During Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Cleveland Metroparks continues to follow the best guidelines from the CDC, State of Ohio and public health officials to institute precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
All guests should follow safe practices when visiting the parks:
- Think first: do not use the parks or trails if you are exhibiting symptoms.
- Follow best hygiene practices recommended by the CDC including washing hands frequently.
- Practice social distancing: provide other park users with proper space of at least six feet at all times during your visit.
- Prepare for your trip: be prepared for limited access to public restrooms and water fountains that may be closed for your safety.
- Share the trail: share the trail and warn others as you pass.
- Avoid playgrounds: all playgrounds and outdoor fitness stations are closed for safety.
- “Pack in, pack out”: bring a suitable trash bag for any disposable items you may have. Leaving no trash behind helps protect employees.
- Cleveland Metroparks encourages people to wear a mask or facial covering in the parks but it is not required. Click here for Cleveland Metroparks Zoo mask policy.

Due to COVID-19, rental facilities are limited. Cleveland Metroparks event team is available to help plan future events at 216-635-3304. Backcountry site rentals are unavailable at this time.
Outdoor education and recreation programs have returned
Park naturalists and recreation specialists will lead a variety of outdoor activities across the Park District to offer guests a way to stay active and explore the Emerald Necklace. Visit clevelandmetroparks.com/oe for more information.
