Michigan Health Officials are reporting 4,670 new cases of the coronavirus, and 22 additional deaths.
Michigan has now had 652,569 total confirmed coronavirus cases, and 16,026 total confirmed covid-related deaths.
As of Friday, 569,460 Michiganders are reported to have recovered from the virus.
And as of Thursday, 3,919,796 doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been administered across the state.
The state defines ‘recovered’ as the number of persons with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis who are alive 30 days post-onset (or referral date if onset is not available).
