Nagpur: The importance of living with nature was highlighted in a recent study by Northwestern University, USA, scientists, published in Scientific Advance Journal in October.
This research, spanning two decades and utilizing DNA methylation-based epigenetic age, reveals that individuals residing near abundant greenery are biologically 2.5 years younger, on average, compared to those in less verdant environments.

“In just two to three minutes, stimulating Marma points can alleviate a range of ailments, promoting overall health,” he claimed.
