Scheduled Thursday, July 29 from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 9 from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., and Monday, Aug. 23 from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., the free holistic and integrated virtual workshop will offer participants unique tools and techniques to help combat stress accumulated in daily, modern life. The workshop will also focus on breathing techniques and meditation that will have you feeling light, energetic, and enthusiastic.
