New Delhi (India), December 26: Patients who were suffering from the Omicron variant of COVID-19 have recovered without the use of oxygen support, steroids, Remdesivir, or a ventilator, according to Dr Suresh Kumar, MD, of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital.Majority of patients who came to us were either asymptomatic or had minor issues.According to Kumar, all the patients are recovering, and not a single patient has required oxygen support, steroids, Remdesivir, or a ventilator.According to him, 11 people are now being cared for here.According to the medical bulletin issued on Sunday, 422 cases of the Omicron variant of coronavirus have been reported in the region so far, followed by Delhi (79 cases) and Gujarat (43 cases).The country's active caseload currently stands at 76,766, the lowest level since March 2020.
