Last month, I agreed to try the switch from Adderall XR (30 MG/1xday) to Strattera (40 MG/1xday) and I'm now feeling like it might have been a mistake. I'm tired all of the time and it's near impossible to motivate myself to be physically active. I used to have a daily routine that involved going to the gym, but I haven't had the energy for it. I agreed to the medication switch because the emotional crash / post-Adderall depression was getting hard to handle, but I now realise that it was what was getting me out of bed in the first place.

I take my Strattera in the morning, fall into a nap within the hour and then I'm stuck in a sleepy state until bedtime. At first I thought it was Adderall withdrawal, but it's been 5 weeks now and I've only gotten sleepier, if anything. My mind does feels calmer, but the sleepiness and lack of motivation is getting to me.

I've been reading posts here about being unable to sleep on Strattera, but I'm having the exact opposite problem and I wanted to see if anyone else had been in the same boat and what they've done about it.

Thank you!
